Milwaukee tools are over priced and over hyped. Milwaukee tools run a slick marketing campaign but once you are hooked you are entitled to non existent support, over priced parts and a lousy warranty system. Parts dealers admit that repair costs are prohibitive, intentionally so. Look for parts on ebay and you will find that large quantities of the product that you are trying to repair are for sale non working. The reason is simply there is no economic repair. Do not buy these tools. The quality does not match the price.

Their customer service is abysmal Their customer service is abysmal. I purchased new,a portable compact band saw kit with two batteries. Right out of the box,one battery was bad as it would not take charge. Needless to say,after jumping through all their hoops just return this thing,they denied the warranty. Their reason was "Battery out of warranty" 12/28/23, am updating this review as customer service apparently had warranty division revisit my situation as I just received a new replacement battery. It is much appreciated, but it's just tiring to have fight for something like battery warranty with a corporation as big as Milwaukee.

I’m dissatisfied I’m 46. I been using your tools for the majority of my adult life. Mostly professionally for money. For the better part of 18 years I haven’t cut a board with anything other than a Milwaukee saw. I bought a pair of your gloves on the 23rd of January. I worked 2 days. The thumb was about to failure, and you were cheaper by 6 bucks than Wally World. Went back to buy a pair today ( 6 days later) and they cost 27.99. Really?? Are you serious? I’ll only use a dewalt saw from now on. I’m ok with sub par tools at a reasonable price. You went one toke over the line. I’m never gonna use anything with a Milwaukee nameplate again. sincerely a long time customer and advocate. Thoroughly disappointed

Son bought me a heated coat zipper… Son bought me a heated coat zipper broke and the customer service for Milwaukee tool is not quality service. They don’t care about customer. So all my Milwaukee crap will be changing over to a better brand. Coat only worn about 5 months before broke
