NLPoor customer service A few months ago i had bought the Quietcarry waypoint full black an excellent knive i had to have. i ordered it from there website nothing new the package even arrived early but it wasnt delivered a few minutes later i got a message on my phone saying its delivered signed and all at saying it should have been deliverd we werent allowed to sign because of corona i was getting worried and mailled them back there response was you probably forgot you got the packge with a link to DHL with not my signature afther that they did not answer back on anything

CAAwful experience Echoing what others have said, these guys are completely out to lunch when it comes to taking care of their customers. Shipping delays can be forgiven with a little communication but their attitude is weirdly casual and dismissive. I suspect Quiet Carry will be out of business before long. Look elsewhere.

GBThis is the worst American based… This is the worst American based company I have dealt with in 20 years. After placing an order, I was advised that I will recieve an email to confirm that the order has been dispatched. I placed the order six days ago and have still not recieved an update. I contacted Quietcarry 4 times over the course of a week and I have been ignored. None of my emails have recieved a response. At this point I am regretting placing an order with this company. If I don't hear back from them in twenty four hours, I will contact my credit card provider to complete a charge back. Quietcarry, if you do read this, remember that customers are the ones thaf run your business. Ignoring customers is how businesses fail. So I suggest you guys get your act together.

NLQC is now threatening to get back at me. QC is now threatening to get back at my work if I do not stop ask questions about my delivery. How sick can you get as a company? No refund, no service. Totally nothing! Money gone! Do not do business with these total morons!
