GBExcellent service and information. Restoring a very old Banjo Mandolin with rusty strings and a split skin, I contacted D'Addario for help with stringing. George the Consumer Support Specialist, was exceptionally helpful asking several questions over several emails to determine the string tension required for the instrument. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience.

GBI purchased light gauge acoustic… I purchased light gauge acoustic strings. The high E was faulty and broke whilst stringing guitar. I contacted D'addario who replied via email in less than 24 hours offering me a replacement pack. First class customer service. Excellent.
