GBExcellent service and information. Restoring a very old Banjo Mandolin with rusty strings and a split skin, I contacted D'Addario for help with stringing. George the Consumer Support Specialist, was exceptionally helpful asking several questions over several emails to determine the string tension required for the instrument. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience.

GBD'addario...Great Products and Great Customer Service Their ej99 concert flourocarbon are terrific and transformed my Islander AC-4 into a wonderful sounding ukulele! Also,their customer service representive George that I contacted with questions regarding D'addario strings responded exceptionally quick with good,sound advice and was exceptionally courteous and knowledgeable!Great products and great customer service!!!!

GBHooray for George! Having arthritis in my left thumb, I now have to use a very light non-standard string set. I was lucky enough to have George as my guide in getting the right set. He's very competent, dedicated and was incredibly patient in getting just what I needed. Not many companies have such a professional service department these days, and I very much appreciated my experience. Good job there, George, good man!!!

IESuperb client service I had a minor issue with a cable and contacted D’Addario. Absolutely first class client service and rapid in response. Ended up in mail conversation with the team in NYC ! Really know their stuff and really friendly and articulate as a bonus. Guitar cables excellent quality.
