Honestly some of the best customer… Honestly some of the best customer service I've ever dealt with. I use Promark Sticks, Evans Heads, and D'addario strings and I know if I ever have any issues they will not only fix it but go the extra mile to make it right.

Superb client service I had a minor issue with a cable and contacted D’Addario. Absolutely first class client service and rapid in response. Ended up in mail conversation with the team in NYC ! Really know their stuff and really friendly and articulate as a bonus. Guitar cables excellent quality.
