GBExceptional service from Sydney and Brook in the Lakeside Mall I visited Sydney in the Lenscrafter store in Macy’s and Brook in the Lenscrafter store in the food court, both in the Lakeside Mall. They provided excellent service … all for free! I had stepped on my Oakley prescription half-frame glasses and broken the band that retains the lens in one eye. It took about 30 minutes to fix as the broken band was fiddly to remove and the lens was twisted slightly.

GBProgressive pair and computer pair, both perfect I was able to design both of my pairs of glasses exactly the way I wanted them 1 pair was a Progressive lens with Transitions addition and my other pair is a single vision computer glasses. Both were perfect and I am completely happy with them. With the discounts applied they were less expensive for both pairs than the Warby Parker single pair I got 2 years ago and cheaper then the in-network pair I got before that

GBThe sales staff is FROM HELL BY CHERYL MARIE The sales staff is FROM HELL. WORST experience of my life at an Eye Exam. The Dr was very nice & efficient but by the time I got to see him & after being made to feel like a FRESH KILL in front of a pack of HYENAS by the sales staff, I JUST wanted OUT & to get away. On top of that, I am a senior & told them I was using my United Health ins. The "boss" with the red hair asked if I had triple A. I said yes & held my triple A, my AARP & United Health, but i want to use my UH discount. She SNATCHED the triple A card from me & proceeded to ring it up saying," This is probably cheaper than anything else." I was SPEECHLESS. Then she hands me the paper to sign & I was so PI$$eD at that point I just signed, grabbed & walked out. It wasn't till I got home that I saw SHE RIPPED ME OFF FOR $46! SHE charged me $96 when my United Health payment was ONLY $50!! I STILL have questions about my RX but I am NOT going back there to their NON STOP pressuring, nagging, pushing, nearly bullying to 'BUY GLASSES, 60%off designer, great sales, GO LOOK at the glasses, Go browse & look thru the glasses, ETC, ETC, ETC. It was UNREAL. I tried to sit in the hall to hide & wait for my appt. & was HARRASSED to "GO BROWSE the GLASSES, Oh you have a few minutes check the displays, there are GREAT sales today, make sure you check out the glasses. I repeatedly said, I am NOT getting glasses today. AGAIN I said I am ONLY here for an exam, THAT didn't stop them! Then as I was paying & being ripped off for my visit & OVERPAID by $46, the idiot girl was STILL PUSHING me to look at & BUY GLASSES! Cause it's a GREAT time to buy! I told her 3TIMES, I am NOT getting glasses. Then finally told her 3 times, I am waiting for a check, I am NOT buying today! Till I had to get mean with her & say, I AM NOT BUYING. (It is NONE of her business the check I was waiting for was my Social Sec. CK!) THIS was at the El Cajon, Parkway Plaza store & I talked to a few others that had issues too. I WORKED AT NORDSTROM FOR YEARS & was in top 5 in sales most of the time. If I had EVER behaved that way, I would have been fired the first week. I have an issue with my RX & I don't even want to go in there & I can't afford to OVERPAY for ANOTHER exam!

GBI trust Lens Crafters I trust Lens Crafters. I associate Lens Crafters with Quality. I have had two pairs of glasses and I am completely satisfied with them. My issue was being told that because I bought online all adjustments would have to be made at the Lab my glasses came from. Did I miss the small print that said that on the Website? I would not have ordered online if I would have known that.

GBNavigating and using the online site… Navigating and using the online site was extremely easy. I was able to browse a huge selection of glasses, easily connect to my insurance, and enter my prescription seamlessly. I will order here again.
