Great customer support only issue was the instruction manuals were somewhat out of date with the updates to the product which I thought was surprising because everything else was First Class including the packaging of the products.

I love my new cable railings Muzata made my staircase remodeling so easy! I sent them my pictures and measurements and they sent me the exact parts I needed. All the parts were well made and high quality. The customer service was quick and excellent when I had questions. My stairs turned out perfect. Highly recommend!

Shipping delayed by a week Materials were estimated to be delivered a week ago. Due to the delay, I had to push off my house inspection for a customer. Also the order was shipped in 17 different packages via multiple carriers. Very difficult shipping experience overall

Customer Service Review (BRANDON) The initial shipments were very problematic in getting the project completed on time. However, the customer service I received from BRANDON throughout the entire process was by far the best customer service I have ever received, even with a 14 hour time difference.
