The plan from the engineers was a big help, however one of the parts I ordered, as per the engineer's plan, was incorrect and I was unable to get a full refund, even though they recommended that I purchase the item. There are numerous videos to watch, very helpful. Wish the videos were in some kind of order, instead of splattered across their site. Otherwise, absolutely love the black cable railings! It is so much better than my previous wood railings, no comparison and the invisible fittings are the finishing touches!

My emails were answered daily detailed explanation was provided along with assistance in design of my railing. One small piece was missing when I received my package and it was sent out via FedEx immediately delivery time as described all followed by emails and tracking information. Definitely recommend this over seas company
