NO CUSTOMER SERVICE I placed an order, immediately realized I made a mistake. Reached out 2x by email, tried live chat ( it may take a few hours?) phone constant busy signal. It is now 24 hours after my first email. still no answers to cancelling my order. Poor customer service or should I say NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Beyond Polish is the BEST!! What a great experience I had with Beyond Polish!! I found two beautiful colors and promptly ordered them. Despite USPS tracking noting that my order was delivered, I still had not received it so I reached out to Beyond Polish customer service. They went above and beyond helping me try to track down my package! They promptly issued me a store credit to use!! Shortly afterwards, my package arrived in my mailbox. They graciously canceled my store credit and took care of everything! I can honestly say they offer the best products and the best customer anywhere!!

My most recent order I realized I ordered a polish I already had, and Laura in customer service was so helpful in removing it before my order shipped. Great response time and super nice. Love shopping at beyond polish… I found out about beyond polish from some YouTubers that I follow. As opposed to other major retailers, Beyond Polish makes the customer feel valued. They're very responsive, respectful and trustworthy. I also appreciate how beautifully they wrap their polishes when they're sent out. They attend to details that get lost or neglected by others. They also have a wonderful selection of products and great prices. Overall super positive experience. I will be buying from them again for sure.

I ordered shellac base and top coat… I ordered shellac base and top coat from beyond polish. It takes 15 days to arrive as the tracking record says your package will arrive in 8 days. After an email and a lot of phone calls, the guy from beyond polish said he or the shipping agent didn’t know where the package is and hopping will arrive within 48 hours if not we will ship you again. What makes me disappointed was I ordered the item because it was urgent but, beyond polish didn’t understand or doesn’t care about my time. It was my first time ordering and will never go back to them again!!!
