I ordered shellac base and top coat… I ordered shellac base and top coat from beyond polish. It takes 15 days to arrive as the tracking record says your package will arrive in 8 days. After an email and a lot of phone calls, the guy from beyond polish said he or the shipping agent didn’t know where the package is and hopping will arrive within 48 hours if not we will ship you again. What makes me disappointed was I ordered the item because it was urgent but, beyond polish didn’t understand or doesn’t care about my time. It was my first time ordering and will never go back to them again!!!

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE I placed an order, immediately realized I made a mistake. Reached out 2x by email, tried live chat ( it may take a few hours?) phone constant busy signal. It is now 24 hours after my first email. still no answers to cancelling my order. Poor customer service or should I say NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I was so impressed!! I was so impressed with every aspect of this order. They have the largest selection I’ve seen of DND gel colors, the delivery was shockingly fast, the way the polishes were packaged in bubble wrapped pairs with the boxes folded separately showed such attention to detail. Plus the order was correct, of course! This is my new Go To for everything gel. Thank you so much!!!

Good Quality OPI gel Polish I have recently ordered OPI gel polishes (total $151)from this website. Everything came on time and priority mail and the packaging was good, all the nail polishes are wrapped in bubble paper. I was little bit scared after reading the negative reviews, but it seems their gel polishes are good quality as I got so many compliments and all the bottles are full. Please keep up the good work and maintain the quality. Thanks!
