Shipping is prompt (USPS sometimes doesn’t update the tracking in a timely manner, don’t be fooled - BeyondPolish ships very quickly, and delivery is on time).

Superior Service We have recently moved out of country and when I placed my order I didn't see an option to expedite my order to arrive at my girlfriend's house during my time in Country. My fault as I waited too long to place my order. I contacted Customer Service and they were very accommodating in processing my order to arrive during my 2-day window in the US. I've been purchasing products with Beyond Polish for years and while I've never had an issue with their service or products, this went above and beyond. Many thanks. Highly recommend.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE I placed an order, immediately realized I made a mistake. Reached out 2x by email, tried live chat ( it may take a few hours?) phone constant busy signal. It is now 24 hours after my first email. still no answers to cancelling my order. Poor customer service or should I say NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
