Do not purchase from this company I purchased a 3 pak after comparing the filter number from the manufacturer and purchasing that same filter number for replacements. They did not fit. I've sent several emails and there's been no response from anyone. It's been a week since I sent my 1st email. Do not order from this company.

Excellent tasting water with no after taste. So, I was solely a pur water filter person. Since being discontinued, I read many reviews on cheaper brands. My issue was more of the taste of the water. Yes, this is a pricey filer, I will admit. However, the taste of the water is phenomenal. Clean, crisp and no after taste. Since I only replace this filter every 6 months, I will stick with this filter.

No flow Ordered 3 pack of filters (EDR2RDX1) from Amazon about 6-7 months ago, trying to be proactive and have them on hand. Just tried one of them in my Kitchenaid refrigerator. Installed one of them, but when I tried to flush it as directions indicated, No water flowed. The fridge indicated volumes dispensed, but nothing actually came through. Tried second filter with same results. Re-installed my old filter and it worked great. These filters are defective. Could not return because I had exceeded Amazon's 30 day return policy.

Ordered several filters for my… Ordered several filters for my Whirlpool fridge and checked two days after placing the order to see where they were in the shipping process. Was notified by USPS that they confiscated the package due to conterfeit postage. Let the buyer beware.

If you want good service don't go to Dfilters Like several other customer before me I too give this company a 1 Star, if I could I would give it a minus. Ordered water filters for my Whirlpool, I received the wrong filters and they said I could send them back for a $15.00 fee. I certainly would NOT recommend this company to my family or my friends.
