They did finally ship my filters to my… They did finally ship my filters to my address, and they are working fine. Just did not receive any notification on my order for ten days and for this day and age with all the scammers out there you need to be prudent in your customer service communication

If you want good service don't go to Dfilters Like several other customer before me I too give this company a 1 Star, if I could I would give it a minus. Ordered water filters for my Whirlpool, I received the wrong filters and they said I could send them back for a $15.00 fee. I certainly would NOT recommend this company to my family or my friends.

I did question they about reviews, like most reviews you don’t know who they are or from. I was using A____n and the service from D Filters very good***** I am retired (78) living in CA. Kris
