Brilliant service We had a leak from the main bathroom into our living room below. James the engineer quickly located the problem, which was a cracked seal on our shower. The problem was fixed within the hour and all at a very reasonable cost. Very polite customer service on the phone, friendly service by the engineer himself.

Two radiators were driving me crazy… Two radiators were driving me crazy until Gary and Ben from 2nd City arrived they spent the whole day flushing my system now all 11 are working and my house is warm and cozy.

Annual boiler service We have had our annual boiler service by 2nd City this morning. James (the supervisor) carried out this work in an efficient and professional manner. We have had James, to carry out this work, a number of times before and have always been pleased with the thoroughness of his service. He is also friendly and polite, and does not make any mess. We would recommend him and would always welcome him to carry out our annual service.

Radiator and external pipe work The plumbers arrived on time and did an excellent job quickly and efficiently. They left everything clean and tidy. When I needed them to come back, because I had forgotten to request something extra, they came the very following morning. Excellent customer service and work carried out with attention to detail.
