GBMy second experience with support This is my second experience with Yeswelder support and it was as positive as the first. In this instance I couldn't get the machine (YWA-160) to switch from stick to TIG. I notified support and Ana came through once again. Turns out the instructions in the manual were incorrect; she got me squared away, all is good now and she also promised to get the manual corrected. Yeswelder is batting a thousand with me.

GBI purchased a welder with a built-in… I purchased a welder with a built-in air compressor for a plasma cutter. I received the item and it did not work. I contacted customer service and the resolved the issue quickly. They sent new unit but I haven’t yet tried it. Raymond was very helpful trying to diagnosed and decided to just send me a whole new unit.

GBI bought a LY800H welding helmet it… I bought a LY800H welding helmet it only worked a few time at most before it started to flash me when i tried to use it at first i figured it was low battery from being in the dark storage bag left it in the sun and tried it a few times more same thing got flashed I have to say I did not make the time to call Yes welder till after a year MY BAD but they should still replace a bad helmet yes would give me 15% off a new helmet that is the sale that is on at this time any way Why would i want a product that does not work again if they can't stand behind this one thanks

GBDog ate my adapter Second purchase with YW, more than pleased. I had an issue with unboxing my most recent welder, when I left the welder and contents on the floor. My dog decided to chew through the 110/220 adapter cord. Emailed them asking for a link to purchase a new adapter, and they sent me a new one without even asking a question. Great company and customer service.
