I had an issue with a Firstess CT 2050… I had an issue with a Firstess CT 2050 so I contacted yes welder support. Their support rep Raymond responded within 24 hrs. everytime I responded. After going back and forth an various occasions he helped me resolve my issue I had. I'm very appreciative for their customer service. I highly recommend their product. They have great warranty and customer support service.

I received my new CT2050 everything… I received my new CT2050 everything work except the ACTIG feature which is why I bought this machine. I contacted Yeswelder for help. Raymond immediately responded and instructed me how to forward a video of the problem. Within a matter a of a few days the problem was resolved and I now have a properly operating CT2050. I bought a LY800H welding helmet it… I bought a LY800H welding helmet it only worked a few time at most before it started to flash me when i tried to use it at first i figured it was low battery from being in the dark storage bag left it in the sun and tried it a few times more same thing got flashed I have to say I did not make the time to call Yes welder till after a year MY BAD but they should still replace a bad helmet yes would give me 15% off a new helmet that is the sale that is on at this time any way Why would i want a product that does not work again if they can't stand behind this one thanks

I ordered a welding hood from yeswelder… I ordered a welding hood from yeswelder and some how it got lost in shipping. I reached out to yes welding about the issue and they sent me another one which made it to me. I am very happy with the customer service and how they resolved the issue. I am also very happy with the product I bought. The welding auto darkening hood works great. The details and graphics on the hood is awesome. I would refer yes welder to anyone that needs welding supplies.
