They asked for a detailed account of what happened and what checks we did to ensure it wasn't user error. We submitted the details with pictures and they responded really quick with resolution. We are very pleased with the service as well as the product. The rep was polite and to the point. Thanks for all the help. We will be recommending this company and it's product to our friends and family.

GBDog ate my adapter Second purchase with YW, more than pleased. I had an issue with unboxing my most recent welder, when I left the welder and contents on the floor. My dog decided to chew through the 110/220 adapter cord. Emailed them asking for a link to purchase a new adapter, and they sent me a new one without even asking a question. Great company and customer service.

GBBroken goggles Recently bought a set of autodarkening goggles, when I opened the box the lense was shattered. I wrote an email to customer service about the issue and promptly got a response from Anna who was very fast and helpful at getting this issue resolved.

GBWelding Helmet Price - Customer Service Experience I purchased a welding helmet and the next day noticed that the price changed significantly. There was no obvious reason for it so I emailed customer support to inquire. Support was quick to respond (next-day) and Ana (Yeswelder Support) was superb in making it right.
