Wrong size water filter sent! I ordered a refrigerator water filter for my Whirlpool fridge. I gave you the model number of my fridge & was sent the filter that should have fit. It was the wrong size filter so I ended up ordering a Tier 1 filter from Discount Filters, like the one that is in the fridge. That is what I should have done to start with!!

Over all experience with product and ordering I am a return customer. I am glad that the refrigerator filters are less expensive the hardware store and work perfectly in my Dacor fridge. I ordered two refrigerator water filters. One of them came in a reasonable time, w/i 8 days of ordering. The second has not been shipped. I appreciate that you sent an email confirming my order and a link of the delivery company so I can track delivery of the item. Your website is easy to navigate. I am motivated to shop for items when a discount and free shipping is provided.

My local supplier stopped carrying them My local supplier stopped carrying the size needed. Here the correct filter was easy to find. Shipped quickly and I signed up for the auto order so I’ll even be reminded when its time to change the filters again.

Very loose fit. Never Again. I measured the filter opening carefully, and measured the perfect-fitting Honeywell filter and read all the detail on the filter I ordered that was supposed to replace the Honeywell filter. Finally got the new filters and they are loose as a goose, leaving gaps for crud to seep thru. Next time I'll buy direct from Honeywell, thankyou.
