GBFilter was damaged and the plastic on… Filter was damaged and the plastic on the end was broken off. Still managed to get it inserted but disappointing receiving damaged goods. Was extremely impressed with his support group explained to them the damage told him that it was still usable. However, they decided to send me a new one anyway this is going above and beyond as far as I’m concerned and greatly appreciated.

GBRandom Thoughts... I really don't think about the air I breathe but when I do I feel confident that it is being maintained in good stead by the Filters Fast company. Ordering for my air purifiers and HVAC has been straightforward with no glitches. GBMy local supplier stopped carrying them My local supplier stopped carrying the size needed. Here the correct filter was easy to find. Shipped quickly and I signed up for the auto order so I’ll even be reminded when its time to change the filters again.
