GBOver all experience with product and ordering I am a return customer. I am glad that the refrigerator filters are less expensive the hardware store and work perfectly in my Dacor fridge. I ordered two refrigerator water filters. One of them came in a reasonable time, w/i 8 days of ordering. The second has not been shipped. I appreciate that you sent an email confirming my order and a link of the delivery company so I can track delivery of the item. Your website is easy to navigate. I am motivated to shop for items when a discount and free shipping is provided.

GBRandom Thoughts... I really don't think about the air I breathe but when I do I feel confident that it is being maintained in good stead by the Filters Fast company. Ordering for my air purifiers and HVAC has been straightforward with no glitches. I have an indoor air quality monitor (Christmas present) and it complements my judgment on the current indoor air quality that my family and I breathe. Keep up the good work!

GBFast Shipping Fast Shipping! So fast that when I realized my reorder was humidifier filters instead of furnace filters, too late to cancel. The furnace filters came fast too! Your reorder page needs to have the orders closed in a box or somehow separated by color.

GBFilter was damaged and the plastic on… Filter was damaged and the plastic on the end was broken off. Still managed to get it inserted but disappointing receiving damaged goods. Was extremely impressed with his support group explained to them the damage told him that it was still usable. However, they decided to send me a new one anyway this is going above and beyond as far as I’m concerned and greatly appreciated.
