SO WORTH IT!! After two years of attending The Perfect Workout, I may be two years older, but I certainly don't FEEL that way. As a SENIOR senior citizen, I am stronger and weigh less (without even trying) than I did in Jr. High. I have also avoided knee replacement surgery. I won't lie---it IS a challenge!! I accuse SD (my trainer) of trying to torture me, but I wouldn't have it any other way. She's a true professional who knows exactly how to push and encourage for the maximum benefit.. Besides, one can do ANYTHING for 20 minutes. The Perfect Workout is an investment that pays enormous dividends!!

Safe & Productive The work outs are fantastic. It is professionally run with experts trained to guide you on proper technique, incremental increases in weight, and steady progression if you are motivated to put in the effort. Best part is you feel great and it is a very productive use of your time. 2x a week for only 20 minutes per session. Hard to believe, that has been my experience.

I am a loyal Perfect Workout fan I am a loyal Perfect Workout fan! I go twice a week & workout with my awesome trainer, Emma. From the moment I enter the studio, Emma is pleasant, helpful & encouraging throughout my workout. She sneaks those extra weights in on me & cheers me on giving me the confidence I need to make my way through that initial higher weight workout! I leave feeling good about my workout & always look forward to the next one! I highly recommend the Perfect Workout!!

I am disappointed in the new …scheduling I am disappointed in the new scheduling since returning to the studio. although my trainer accommodates my workout, I feel rushed in an effort to afford enough time for cleaning between clients. Twenty minutes is not enough time to discuss progress, any changes that need to be made or scheduling.

My trainer Kimberly was great My trainer Kimberly was great. I enjoyed the workout. However, a hernia I have become irritated and painful. I will be having surgery. When I tried to get a refund, or even a partial refund, on prepaid classes, no one cared to help. I am very disappointed and surprised. I will not be referring anyone.
