GBCrooks and liars! Avoid this company!! Company ordered wrong pool. Said they’d compensate for all of the trouble with store credit. Kept dodging our calls and e-mails. I am expecting the store credit, as previously requested. This company has lied and avoided! I have phone logs and emails…the issues have yet to be resolved. GBThey promised a pool and we GOT NOTHING They promised a pool and we set up financing and waited, and waited. You can't reach them by phone, the Facebook does work but they just have a generic response nothing real and the support site where you post your activities has no real responses, they just say resolved. When you get them on the phone, they are rude and lie. 2 months later than the original date we were supposed to/ promised to get the pool and we have nothing but "resolved" activities and no pool or help. FAMILYPOOLFUN YOU SUCK!!!!!

GBDo not purchase from this company Do not purchase from this company! I wish my husband had read this reviews prior! We gave Jay an exact diagram of what we needed for our pool cover and what came was not the correct size and we did not realize until our pool people came to put it on. Months back and forth and then a month of no communication. Horrible company, customer service and workers. We have reported this to our credit card company as well as seeking further action. Beware!

GBBUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE! Absolutely horrible. They sell products that are hazardous to your health. We have been trying for more than 4+ years to get a resolution for a sauna that emits unsafe levels of formaldehyde!

GBSame as many-poor response. Same as many! Last year wanted to order a new sand filter valve. Some delays in communication and then Jay pulled up an old email and sent a hose I had ordered the year before. I did get the valve, but had no use for the hose he sent. Emailed, called, sent through the Support site, requesting a return authorization label to send it back. NO response personally, and each time I inquire on email it says "Your request(new request # each time) has been updated. Guess I'll just try to sell the hose on the internet to someone who actually needs one like it!!
