Poor service Poor service, ordered my complete pool kit Dec 2020, pool package arrived on a pallet. I begin putting the pool together in late Mar 2021. After the frame and liner were installed, I realize the pump was missing, only had the skimmer. Contacted FamilyFun, they asked that I send pictures of all of the boxes, I told them the pool was almost together the boxes were gone. Nothing from them, they finally sent me an email, two months later stating that the pump was on backorder until Sep 2021 and I would get a refund. Nothing to date from them and they stop responding to my emails....

Poor experience with Family Fun Pool. Placed an order for two items, they billed for both and only shipped one item. After numerous contacts they finally shipped the additional item weeks late. Upon receipt, one of the items was of poor quality and the other the wrong size. When I tried to return they would no longer reply to numerous requests for an RA number. Finally had to file a dispute with the credit card company in order to get our money back. Due to lack of customer service, lack of responsiveness and poor products would highly recommend NOT doing business with Family Fun Pool.

Crooks and liars! Avoid this company!! Company ordered wrong pool. Said they’d compensate for all of the trouble with store credit. Kept dodging our calls and e-mails. I am expecting the store credit, as previously requested. This company has lied and avoided! I have phone logs and emails…the issues have yet to be resolved. Will not stand behind their warranty I purchased a 2HP pool for $700.00 from Family Pool Fun less than 1 year ago. Pool pump overheated, tripped the circuit breaker and failed to operate. Jay and the unhelpful staff will not stand behind the warranty. Do your self a favor and take a look at the negative complaints online and on the BBB before doing business with this dishonest company. Next step small claims court.

They promised a pool and we GOT NOTHING They promised a pool and we set up financing and waited, and waited. You can't reach them by phone, the Facebook does work but they just have a generic response nothing real and the support site where you post your activities has no real responses, they just say resolved. When you get them on the phone, they are rude and lie. 2 months later than the original date we were supposed to/ promised to get the pool and we have nothing but "resolved" activities and no pool or help. FAMILYPOOLFUN YOU SUCK!!!!!
