We’ve been waiting for our pool liner… We’ve been waiting for our pool liner for 2 months and we finally received it this weekend. It was an easy one day set up and we’re excited to use it throughout September. Although we finally got our complete pool and it all works, I wouldn’t recommend this company because our entire backyard was destroyed and so was our entire family’s summer. Thank you.

BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE! Absolutely horrible. They sell products that are hazardous to your health. We have been trying for more than 4+ years to get a resolution for a sauna that emits unsafe levels of formaldehyde!

Awful awful company Awful awful company. I do not generally leave reviews but the lack of professionalism when speaking with who I'm assuming was "Jay" was astounding. If you want a refund, call your credit card company directly to file a dispute. They are much more helpful. I was charged almost $4,000 and never received what I ordered. Terrible terrible business. Do not order from them!

Crooks and liars! Avoid this company!! Company ordered wrong pool. Said they’d compensate for all of the trouble with store credit. Kept dodging our calls and e-mails. I am expecting the store credit, as previously requested. This company has lied and avoided! I have phone logs and emails…the issues have yet to be resolved. I ordered my pool steps 5/23/22 and to… I ordered my pool steps 5/23/22 and to this day they have not arrived! I've called several times with ZERO resolution! Our credit card company will be investigating and returning our money! THANK GOD we paid with a credit card! Our pool party is 6/18 and STILL NO STEPS! My husband has had major surgery and can not get up and down regular above ground steps! Now I'm having to buy USED steps from a lady off Facebook in order to accommodate my husband so he can enjoy our son's birthday party. RIDICULOUS!!!
