Corrupt Business Practices They lie about products being shipped in two weeks, after two weeks they tell you another two weeks etc. They also lie about refunding your money. I’m on month 3 of no product and no refund. Wish I would have researched reviews before doing business with them. A bunch of scam artist & sad the president of the corporation is a retired attorney. Pool liner I ordered our liner April 23rd, 2022. Two days later I was contacted for the inground exact measurements and sent them in and then my inground customer ordered pool liner was deliver the following Saturday. So all in all 7 days for manufacturing and delivery!!! Denise kept in contact with me and sent me the tracking ID for the shipment the day it was shipped and then it was delivered two days earlier than expected. I was nervous because this was our first time ordering a pool liner online but we had a great experience and I couldn’t be happier with the service provided!

Ordered liner on 5-29 Ordered liner on 5-29, was in-stock, in stock orders ship same day. Web-site shows not shipped. Also web-site state, cc not charged until shipped, cc was charged on 5-29.. Use these guys in the past and was ok. Communication and web information horrible. Going to open a dispute with mastercard if no info and no product by next Wednesday. Update: Shaun did respond, item is on it's way, verified by tracking number..

I contacted Pools Etc to order a custom… I contacted Pools Etc to order a custom liner for my 30k gallon pool. My contact was Denise and wow, best price I could find on a 30 mil liner. Denise was thorough and prompt with replies and updates. My liner was made and delivered in less than a week! Most suppliers did not even call me back in that amount of time. The liner fit perfectly and the accessories I ordered were delivered just in time. Thanks, Denise and Nicole for a great experience.

SERIOUSLY DISHONEST COMPANY AND… SERIOUSLY DISHONEST COMPANY AND EMPLOYEES. I ordered parts on 18th August .... nothing arrived...called...they said it had not been processed and would process immediately...nothing arrived....emailed and requested refund...they confirmed it would be done...no refund...called...they confirmed refund by end of day...no refund...called...they confirmed refund by end of day... no refund... I dont know how companies like this get away with it.
