GBStill have no TRACKING NUMBER OR INFO… Still have no TRACKING NUMBER OR INFO ON A 2xxx.xx purchase every time I calll Debbie or Larry answers talking about they are going to have Shawn call or email but he’s hasn’t. Pool was supposed to be her ‘this week but now they saying next week I asked before I purchased the delivery time due to covid19 and they said up to 7 business days I still don’t have a tracking number and no info. I called today and if Shawn doesn’t call I’m thinking about a full refund. It really is sad that they SAY THEY HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FIOR OVER soo many year with HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS !

GBDO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought a hand held vacume from Pools inc. There was NO communication at all. It just showed up about a week late. I called and called to get a return authorization. Finally got one, sent back unopened and was told that I would get a credit immediately. That was 50 days ago. Had to call credit card company to have them remove. Have had 17 email exchanges and several phone calls. Cannot get my $160 refund. I was promised repeatedly by Deb and Sean. I will be filing with BBB and state Attorney General.

GBI have nothing but good things to say… I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Their customer service is unbelievable. Live chat with a live person with immediate response. Went out of their way to accommodate me with a new liner and it was delivered within 2 days. Ally, Stevie and Russ were all extremely helpful with all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future!

GBSERIOUSLY DISHONEST COMPANY AND… SERIOUSLY DISHONEST COMPANY AND EMPLOYEES. I ordered parts on 18th August .... nothing arrived...called...they said it had not been processed and would process immediately...nothing arrived....emailed and requested refund...they confirmed it would be done...no refund...called...they confirmed refund by end of day...no refund...called...they confirmed refund by end of day... no refund... I dont know how companies like this get away with it.

GBThe service was excellent The service was excellent. We worked with Denise Gibson. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. There were mistakes (on our end) with the measurements and she immediately reached out to discuss them to ensure the liner would fit perfectly. She answered all my questions and helped me choose the best option for us. Our new liner came incredibly fast. It looks amazing in our pool. We would highly recommend this company.
