Threads different on Replacement pump Replacement pump arrived promptly and in good condition. Upon trying to connect inlet & outlet fittings it became apparent the threads were different. Trip to Pool supply store & local hardware store was required to purchase proper fittings and thread compound. Spent extra 2 hours replacing pump.

Defective pump Edit I received a replacement pump and it works great. I didn't have to return the defective pump. 4 stars as the whole process took 3 weeks. Ordered a new pump and it was defective. I requested for a return and refund twice within the 30 days. I still not received any email about returning for 10 days.

One part I received was not able to fit… One part I received was not able to fit pool pump. The EXPLODED diagram for my Hayward spx2700 series pump shows the correct part but you listed the wrong filter different from view so I got a part that I will be returning with RMA so iam out the shipping and lost pool time. The motor I got is fine and works as expected.
