Excellent customer service and fast shipping I needed to replace the Century 1.5 HP motor on my Hayward Super Pump. I found this company through one of their instructional YouTube videos. Their automated AI Chatbot pointed me to a different motor, so I asked a human representative from this company's online chat service for help. He immediately provided me with a link to the correct motor as well as the tune-up kit I needed for my pump. He even placed everything in my shopping cart for me, making the process super easy. I received my order in just a few days. The new pump arrived via UPS in perfect condition. Thanks to this company's educational videos on YouTube, I was able to successfully replace the motor myself without problems, saving me a lot of money over having a local pool company install it for me. Highly recommend this company for swimming pool pumps and motors!

Threads different on Replacement pump Replacement pump arrived promptly and in good condition. Upon trying to connect inlet & outlet fittings it became apparent the threads were different. Trip to Pool supply store & local hardware store was required to purchase proper fittings and thread compound. Spent extra 2 hours replacing pump.

Ordered a DE filter grid Ordered a DE filter grid. Realized immediately there was an issue and tried to cancel the order. Was told by chat support to wait till wrong product arrives and return it. Unfortunately, was told I would have to pay return shipping7 days later. Between the time I spent chatting with a remote agent and trying to get my refund, I learned a valuable lesson and hope to save you the hassle and cost. This company may be a good local store, but no real logistics/infrastructure to manage national business. My advice is stay with more structured companies like Amazon or Ebay.

Smooth sailing thanks to Inyo ! Received motor on Wednesday, June 9, 2021. Motor installed on Thursday, June 10, 2021. Took about a half hour. Motor started right up .... smooth sailing ..... no more circuit breaker flips thanks to Inyo Pools and my pool maintenance whiz, Nick. Water at 82 degrees w/o my heater and I'm a happy camper. :) :)
