very difficult to find the correct part… very difficult to find the correct part # - had to go to a dealer to help and they had trouble too - ordering with the correct part# was easy - never got a tracking # and had to ask for one - got a quick reply part didn't ship yet but it showed up at the same afternoon 6 days after ordered - happy with part and timing just some obstacles to get there. Best customer service I ordered the wrong motor just before I left the desert for Christmas holidays and an extended vacation, not returning until early February. Carefree arranged to send me a new return label and sent me the proper motor for my over the door awning. Great service.
