GBDeplorable Customer Service Similar to the majority of reviews on this thread, I share the same sentiment. I have made multiple attempts to reach out to customer support regarding a battery return, but have received no response. The battery in question was intended as a backup for an electric snowblower. Although I had no issues returning the snowblower itself (due to its poor performance) through Walmart, the battery was purchased directly from PowerSmart. Unfortunately, my four emails regarding the battery have gone unanswered. It is truly disappointing to witness such a poor level of customer service from a company.

GBPower Smart is a dishonest company Power Smart is a dishonest company - at least for it's affiliates. I joined their program only to find out they have a low 2% commission - not worth promoting so I left it alone. I never received any email or communication. This morning I saw they decided to leave a negative review because they hadn't gotten any sales. What?! They didn't bother communicating at all unlike other companies and like I said, a super low commission isn't enticing. This brand is definitely unprofessional and to leave feedback when there was no interaction or communication with them. Not a brand I would recommend supporting. And judging by customer experiences this is not a brand I would want to support. Shoppers and buyers beware.

GBCustomer Service VERY POOR Customer Service VERY POOR . Contact Information on Web site doesn't work or is getting ignored . I have a question that would take maybe a minute to answer by Email . Sent a Email 24 hours ago I still have not heard back .

GBAfter trying to reach customer service… After trying to reach customer service for 6 months and never getting past hold it's apparent they do not exist. Don't bother trying to file a warranty claim or ordering parts which YOU WILL NEED with their products as they are a scam corporation.

GBI wouldn't even give them a star if I… I wouldn't even give them a star if I didn't have to. Worst customer service out there communication sucks product knowledge sucks. Parts and personal contact, good luck!! Try getting a hold of the company before you buy their product and I guarantee you will not
