Run away do not buy from them unless you want alot of frustration. I ordered Gree minisplit from them and the outside unit had a leak on the inside. (Busted line behind the compressor.) They said call out my installer (who will charge me because it was not from them overall bad experience and even worse support. they want me to spend a small fortune because they sent me a bad unit.

The thermostat and remote are not user friendly at all. Units are not great at heating and very costly power bill. They do not Automatic shut off when temp is reached.
