They came through for me!! Had a real issue with a new mini-split unit I bought from them. Had a devil of a time getting local HVAC guys to handle the warranty issue and was just plain stuck with a non-serviceable unit. I reached out to the seller, ComfortUp, with high hopes but low expectations due to the touchy warranty surrounding mini-splits and installers. They (Carey specifically) took my issue into consideration and somehow got me a replacement unit sent to me! I really thought I would be stuck with a dud unit. So pleased to do business with a company that cares about customers and their reputation.

Horrible The delivery service was horrible. The secretary on the phone was nasty when she called to schedule and recommend we go pick up the unit at the shipping facility instead of having it delivered as it weighed alot. We had it delivered to our home. There was only one delivery man who was older and unable to move it himself. He had no hand truck and the lift on the delivery truck was broken. My husbamd had a hand truck and had to help with the whole delivery. It was an unbelievably horrible experience.

took me 3 weeks to took me 3 weeks to, with system down, to recieve 25.00 part. No return phone call until I contacted Gree, they in turn contacted you to call me back. Many messages left by me and my certified, lic repairman. ComfortUp needs a consumer line to call and order parts.

Great White North I'm on the West Coast of Canada. Yes, we like to keep cool here during the summer too! I worked with Carey over the phone to select and place an order for a Gree multi split system on May 23. Today is May 26 and I am writing this review having just picked up my system from a 'ship to the border' warehouse in Blaine, WA. I am blown away by the efficiency of service from ComfortUp! The order drop-shipped out of Fresno on the same day and is now sitting in my garage ready for installation. Excellent job ComfortUp!

Thank God for Product Experts! Wasn't sure about what I needed, but scheduled a consultation with a product expert and got all my questions answered. After providing some measurements and specs about my home, David was able to pair me with the perfect system that is eligible for the tax credit and a rebate in my area - he even helped me find an installer. This is really ABOVE AND BEYOND the kind of Customer Service you find anywhere these days. I really appreciate the time they spent with me and would gladly recommend Comfortup.
