GBNo support The website phone number does not work. Emails get you in a loop from hell. There is a 3-7 day delay in correspondence and you never hear back from their "professional" for assistance. It is difficult to get any help and impossible to do a return.

GBThe machine is very well-built excellent customer service The machine is very well-built and the company has excellent customer service! I am new to the world of laser engraving and started out with their P20 Plus machine. The price point and the accessories included are great value for your money! No extra fees for an air assist. Set up was easy and it just worked out of the box. I am looking forward to using the rotary accessory and the extension kit for making larger projects and some custom tumblers. So far all of my questions to customer service have been answered within 24 hours and it almost feels like I have personalized support. I am already looking at the new V35 Plus. I am hoping they sell the 35W laser separately!

GBAtezr P20 Plus is a powerful machine & good for beginnner too. I found the P20 Plus on the big online place so I decided to look at Atezr's website first. They had a better price and faster shipping and helpful information for download, etc. so that was a great first impression. They shipped immediately with communication too. I did contact customer service about something and they helped me and were quick to reply each time too. The P20 is very well packaged and the parts are great fit and finish. It worked perfectly with the first test. I did like that somebody on a forum had a nicer interface for the hand control if you want to "mod" it. The accessories available for Atezr appear to be top quality as well. Overall it seems like I made the right choice between it and the other 5 or 6 top machines!

GBAtezr apparently makes a good laser… Atezr apparently makes a good laser according to several YouTube sites. However, their support is abysmal!!! Chinese service is does not exist in any way, shape, or form. Their philosophy is simple. Purchase a product and you are on your own - imported laser products as well. Instructions are non-existent, phone (California #) does not work, and e-mails inquiries are simply useless. "Ricky" indicated that a professional would get back to me yet it has been since mid December and no response...period. They did one follow-up asking for a video of the issue, which was forwarded to them on 12/25/23. Have emailed two requests for follow-up with no replay. –------- Update: Finally, mid January, they have been responding through email. Communications/language issues are a big issue. Their responses are 24 hour behind due to Cinis being on the opposite side of the globe. Find it stunning that there is no US English speaking Service center. Clearly, they need need to understand the US consumer expectation and how high the bar has been set in excellence over generations.

ITDO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY I would like to point out that I can document what I am writing with the emails sent to service, after just over 2 months the machine stops working correctly, it starts cutting a vertical line at every job, an email exchange starts with the assistance, in which I send several videos with the problem (therefore documented!), after weeks of back and forth they write to me telling me to use it to cut images as small as stamps and possibly simple, now I have spent €1100 for something unusable, assistance terrible and horrible products, I give you some advice, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, because the day you need assistance you will be left ALONE!
