I will shop from Growace.com again. Highly recommend, and remember people seldom leave reviews when they are satisfied with the purchase but EVERYONE leaves a bad review when they are dissatisfied with the purchase hence why there may be more bad reviews than good on here

GBI made a lot of purchase from Growace I made a lot of purchase from Growace. All item is of high quality and passes our standard. They have a complete grow guide in their online youtube channel. The videos are very helpful and giving information on how and when to grow. The online product comparison which helps me decide what product to buy.

GBIt took over one month to receive the⦠It took over one month to receive the order. I contacted GrowAce and was advised the color (black) was not available, no one had contacted me via phone and/or email due to the pandemic crisis creating lower employee base. The ironic part is that I continued to receive multiple emails from GrowAce about purchasing MORE products.. The product did arrive yesterday by FED EX- later than advised via text message and the boxes were crushed. I am glad this was not something fragile.

GBGrowAce's customer support is top shelf! I needed assistance with my cart so I clicked the "Chat Now" button, fully expecting to get a message telling me to leave my email and wait. Instead, I was quickly connected with Jennifer, who then spent the better part of an hour assisting me and making sure my order was 100% correct. Thanks for being on point, friendly and professional, Jen; you are one of the main reasons GrowAce is such a great company.

GBSTAY AWAY STAY AWAY. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Paid for overnight shipping when they drop ship and not actually in possession of the item. Order a light on a Monday 1 day expedited shipping. Got my light Friday. They charged me $105 extra. Asked for refund and was told that I wouldn't get it until I got the light. Light showed up and was clearly an open box item not brand new. Complained and sent pictures before I even opened it and said I wanted a refund. I was told to open it. No surprise it wasn't packaged correctly. Styrofoam didn't stop light from moving around. Box of extra wires was just tossed in loose banging around on the inside. No surprise when I plugged it in l, it only lit up red. Went back on their live chat (which said they were online) provided additional pictures. No one bothered to respond. After an hour I gave up and disputed the charge with my card provider. AGAIN. BUYER BEWARE. STAY AWAY. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
