I can't say for sure what happened I can't say for sure what happened, but they were quick to investigate and fix the issue when my order did not ship 9 days after placing it. Woulda gave 5 stars if not for this glitch

Great customer service agent nathen… Great customer service agent nathen figured out my issue in about 10 min total time from sending email to finding out what was going on was 29 min. They would get 5 stars from my if they could cut down shipping cost.
