We are starting a non-profit… We are starting a non-profit permaculture learning site. Plantplants.org. We are growing blackberries, elderberries, gooseberries, and raspberries. We cleaned up a 20 acre site with 10,000 tires and several hundred abandoned cars. We were getting ready to plant and found out we had 90% clay for the planting medium. Now we have switch to raised bed and planter model. Our costs have increased dramatically. We were optimistically looking at expense of about $2 per 25 gal bed. This store offers 25 gal planter at just over $6 if order in bulk. After receiving a sample order, it looks like a great product, but just a little out of our budget needing a 1,000 plus containers.
