GBPoor customer service Bought the p2 6 months ago, everything was working fine until all of a sudden it crashed. Contacted support who have so far been no use and take forever to reply to emails leaving us very frustrated with a machine that’s no use. Customer service is atrocious

GBFantastic Customer Service I received my new F1 laser from Xtool, and within one day I began having issues. First, the wifi wouldn't connect. It did the previous evening, but not the next morning. I tried multiple networks, the app, and a windows PC, but nothing worked. After I decided to connect via USB-C and wait fo the next firmware update to address the wifi, my galvo system stopped framing correctly. When I selected "process", my lasering came out as the framing...not correct (straight lines had curves, lack of consistent power, and location variances).. I sent a video of the anomaly to customer assistance, and they agreed my galvo system was not functioning correctly. From here, my point of contact was Shelley. She handled everything from initial troubleshooting, through postage for the return, and my subsequent new machine. Round trip for everything was ten days. My new F1 is functioning as expected, and although manufacturing defects can occur anywhere, I especially appreciate the customer assistance Shelley provided and by extension XTool. I would buy from them again, and I am a very pleased customer. Thank you Shelley.

CAI purchased the xtool D1 pro 10 watt… I purchased the xtool D1 pro 10 watt laser system thinking that I could upgrade later to the 20 watt module. Customer service didn't disappoint. The email back and forth is a pain. Can take a week to get a simple issue fixed ,but they did help me beyond my expectations.

GBAmazing support xTool support has been amazing since I bought my S1. They are quick to reply for every case I have put in and are very friendly and helpful. Shelley really helped me work through an issue that took a few weeks to resolve but she and the team continued to check in and never let my support ticket sit. Definitely been a great experience and so glad that I picked an xTool for my first laser.

GBFirstly I got a very rapid response… Firstly I got a very rapid response from Ally of Xtool. He gave suggestions regarding solving my problem. I followed Ally’s advice and together with a bit of initiative my problem was solved and I was back up and running in no time. Without Ally pointing me in the right direction I could have been down for a long time, thanks Ally
