GBWell I wanted to upgrade from 20 to 40… Well I wanted to upgrade from 20 to 40 GPM but the website products didn't list it. But calling the phone number on the page allowed me to talk to a human and place the correct order. The previous Watermaker install took 3 days and works quite well, so wanted to upgrade to more capacitate.

ITI purchased a 35 GPH 230V 50HZ unit in 2019 and it is still running like new!!! I purchased a 35 GPH 230V 50HZ unit in 2019. We have one problem in 2020 with the cylinder of the membrane cracking at the seal joint. This was replaced IMMEDIATELY by Mike and it was super easy to dismantle and reassemble. The unit has made tons of water since purchase and we could not have been happier. The costs of the unit, of the replacement filters IS not even comparable with other brands. The functionality is great. No fancy electronic remote controls that will drive everybody crazy. Just simple and effective hydraulic and mechanics simple to use and very effective. If I could redo this again, I would buy their DC models, in order to avoid running the generator to make water. I WILL RECOMMEND THIS BRAND to anyone who intends to install a water maker on a sailboat and does not want to deal with problems!!!!

GBMike’s knowledge and availability was super helpful After several conversations with Mike at Seapro I pulled the trigger on the 40/gal per hour AC system. I installed it myself and of course had a few questions along the way. Mike was always available to answer questions and give valuable installation tips and feedback. Systems in and working, would recommend this system if you have the space for two reasons. I installed it so know how to troubleshoot and maintain it and spending $5k vs the $20k (without install) I was considering is a huge discount for the same end result.
