Great service for a change Wally explained everything but then he sent the install manual, which was a big help. It has all the specs and dimensions that made ordering with the knowledge that it would actually fit. Water maker arrived in 5 days!!!

I just bought two 40gph water makers… I just bought two 40gph water makers for my new to me 58’ LRC Hatteras. Installation is under way, however Last year I installed one 40 GPH sea water pro in my 53’ yacht and it made great tasting water, worked every day. I was able to travel for 6 months without worrying about water. We did laundry, showers, boat washing, and ran the dishwasher every day!!! Last good point..Mike is a customer service pro…if you have any problems, issues, or questions he will answer them in person over the phone…brilliant!

Customer services leaves much to be desired. Customer services leaves much to be desired. I’ve called twice, both times I received a very short response. Today I texted with a question and this is the response I received verbatim: “What you're missing is that you haven't read the manual, I'm really not here to read it for you.” BTW, I’ve read the manual, looks great and has great information for installation, but has minimal info for operating the equipment and none for the info I needed. Life is too short to deal with arrogant vendors like this.

Mike made the experience great Mike made the experience great. I was replacing the workings of an old water maker and with his help and some excellent videos, we came up with a great solution. The complete kit arrived a week after in perfect shape, excellent materials and I look forward to an easy install.
