The owner Mike was great in answering our questions and answering the call on first ring. I would suggest for $20 to include the rAw water filter and save the hassle of ordering separately. If everything goes smoothly we will pass along the good word which is how we learned about your product.

GBOutstanding Service/Above and beyond I would have given a lower rating but the service was absolutely outstanding. I had a couple of early problems with the portable unit I purchased and Mike took care of them right away. The unit is working very well and I’m now happily cruising the Bahamas and not worried about where to get water.
