I had an appointment scheduled I had an appointment scheduled. Already paid all the fees. waited an hour on the phone for the video appointment, no doctor. They call later saying technical difficulties and schedule a new appointment, then they cancel that appoint " for some reason" which is all the email says. Trying to get a refund because at this point it is a waste of my time. Impossible to get someone from customer service on the phone. I will update to let it be known if I get my refund or not.

Brittany was on point Brittany was on point. She was clear in her answers and listened to what I said. Her sense of humor came through as well, she’s was very professional but I think sensed my anxiousness and used a wonderful bed side manner to alleviate that.
