Her sense of humor came through as well, she’s was very professional but I think sensed my anxiousness and used a wonderful bed side manner to alleviate that. Shafted out of $321.00 I signed up for 3 months of future health at a discounted rate. My credit card was quickly charged for the 3 months of subscription service as well as medicine when I had not even consulted a doctor. What if I didn't qualify for the medicine, what if I wanted a more affordable option. I wasn't sure where my journey would lead. So when I asked for a refund, it took customer service 3 days to get back to me via email as the open chat on the app was not working. Luckily I was able to get a refund for my medicine but I could not get a refund for the 3 month subscription as it was purchased at a discounted rate. The subscription is NON-refundable even though no services were redendered! Expensive lesson on my end. READ ALL THE FINE PRINT!
