Brittany was on point Brittany was on point. She was clear in her answers and listened to what I said. Her sense of humor came through as well, she’s was very professional but I think sensed my anxiousness and used a wonderful bed side manner to alleviate that. I’m very happy with Brittany and will have all my appointments channeled through her.

My experiences was good My experiences was good. The Practioner asked important questions regarding my health. She was direct about any current medications and if there was any pancreatitis, or an old eating disorder in my past; very through. Which appreciate greatly. We talked about the medication for weightloss how to use which she forwarded me the direction for use. It was a doctor's visit that got down to nuts&bolts..and I liked that. Thank you, Bertha Weil

Shafted out of $321.00 I signed up for 3 months of future health at a discounted rate. My credit card was quickly charged for the 3 months of subscription service as well as medicine when I had not even consulted a doctor. What if I didn't qualify for the medicine, what if I wanted a more affordable option. I wasn't sure where my journey would lead. So when I asked for a refund, it took customer service 3 days to get back to me via email as the open chat on the app was not working. Luckily I was able to get a refund for my medicine but I could not get a refund for the 3 month subscription as it was purchased at a discounted rate. The subscription is NON-refundable even though no services were redendered! Expensive lesson on my end. READ ALL THE FINE PRINT!
