GBI had an appointment scheduled I had an appointment scheduled. Already paid all the fees. waited an hour on the phone for the video appointment, no doctor. They call later saying technical difficulties and schedule a new appointment, then they cancel that appoint " for some reason" which is all the email says. Trying to get a refund because at this point it is a waste of my time. Impossible to get someone from customer service on the phone. I will update to let it be known if I get my refund or not.

GBMy experiences was good My experiences was good. The Practioner asked important questions regarding my health. She was direct about any current medications and if there was any pancreatitis, or an old eating disorder in my past; very through. Which appreciate greatly. We talked about the medication for weightloss how to use which she forwarded me the direction for use. It was a doctor's visit that got down to nuts&bolts..and I liked that. Thank you, Bertha Weil
