My gut is happier I was bloated and agitated, especially late at night, which negatively affected my sleep. After 2 weeks of taking the suplements, I started seeing improvements, bloating started to get less and less and my bowel movements started to get more regular. Combined with a balanced diet, I see improvements in my day to day life such as more energy, better focus, improved skin elasticity. The powder is easy to ingest, I just mix it with water and gulp it down first thing in the morning.

Amazing sleep! I was very curious about trying it, as other users claimed they slept better.
