Thumbs up! I recently finished a 30-day course of the Advanced Biotics supplement. Firstly, I loved how versatile the supplement was. Virtually flavorless it mixed in wonderfully to my morning coffee, smoothie or cereal and gave it a lovely creamy texture without altering the taste. Secondly, just before starting the supplement I was experiencing IBS-style symptoms (stress related), within a week they had completely eased and I have remained symtom free. Thumbs up from me!
