I have been using the product for 14… I have been using the product for 14 days now, taking it in the morning on an empty stomach, and it has given me more energy and a feeling of satiety. My energy levels have been pretty good until noon, whereas before I would usually need a snack or breakfast before that time.

Virtually flavorless it mixed in wonderfully to my morning coffee, smoothie or cereal and gave it a lovely creamy texture without altering the taste.
