No Communication We never got a call back from them. I called asking to follow up on an estimate we’d been given with the intent of scheduling them. The girl took my name, number, and email and I never heard anything after that. We decided to go elsewhere since they did not want our business.

Installation was ok Installation was ok. I was disappointed they did no grade the area better as they said they would. Water pools where it shouldn’t. Also there is a visible seam where they connected 2 pieces of grass. During installation was told the seam would be unnoticeable when they were done which was not the case.

After a few years our grass started… After a few years our grass started fading and falling apart. We contacted the company and they told us it was a manufacturer error. They gave us 3 options- we could get the refund for the grass this does not include installation. Or we could have them replace the grass and we pay installation AGAIN. And option 3 was to have them replace the grass but not install. Either way we are either losing the original install cost or paying for installation again. And the company did not understand why I was not happy with this!!! Terrible. Would not recommend.

What shoddy workmanship What shoddy workmanship, I told my neighbors not to even consider artificial grass masters and go some where else. My tuff has holes and looks lumpy in other areas. I was told that someone would come back to repair the issues on and to this day no one nada zip. I am getting on yelp and make sure everyone knows how irresponsible and unprofessional this company is. I am also reporting them the better business bureau.

Artificial Grass Masters...just the best! Frank and his crew at Artificial Grass Masters just finished installing our new lawn today and they did an excellent job. Their teamwork got it installed in no time at all. The crew was professional, courteous, and efficient and proceeded from step to step with minimal delay. They even moved rock from the backyard to areas of the front yard to fill low and uneven areas which wasn't even part of the original project to help us out. We couldn't be happier with the project outcome and the look of the installed grass. It is so natural and you would think it has been there for years.
