Installation was ok Installation was ok. I was disappointed they did no grade the area better as they said they would. Water pools where it shouldn’t. Also there is a visible seam where they connected 2 pieces of grass. During installation was told the seam would be unnoticeable when they were done which was not the case.

Customer service was excellent Customer service was excellent. Polite, on time, cleaned up area. Left installation looking excellent. Salesperson came to check up same day. Only negative was that the seam show with certain lighting. They worked on it a week later and some improvement. A really nice job. just didn't want to see the seam shadow.

After completion of job In December… After completion of job In December Called about water leaking and was asked to call back in January because all workers were booked. We called January 3rd talk to Victor he said to call back next week. We called Victor said he was too busy and would charge to come and take a look then stated if he takes his workers off the job then it would cost money. Victor said I wold pay for it. Would never refer this company again I need a lawyer.

Misleading and Sloppy Where very misleading about how the grass would be with children and dogs even after being asked straightforward questions. Grass has seamlines. Didn’t put enough rock in my backyard surrounding the pool and grass causing bare spots. The patio addition they added for me is uneven and pools water in the center not to mention they splashed cement all over the side of my house and didn’t bother to offer to fix it. Run away!

After a few years our grass started… After a few years our grass started fading and falling apart. We contacted the company and they told us it was a manufacturer error. They gave us 3 options- we could get the refund for the grass this does not include installation. Or we could have them replace the grass and we pay installation AGAIN. And option 3 was to have them replace the grass but not install. Either way we are either losing the original install cost or paying for installation again. And the company did not understand why I was not happy with this!!! Terrible. Would not recommend.
