They did a superlative job for us by putting in a paver and flagstone patio and walkway, and finishing it off with excellent landscaping. Excellent Company Artificial Grassmasters did an excellent job with my back yard. I had heavy grass, a putting green, and decorative rock with curbing installed. It was a large job. While there were some hiccups along the way the company worked diligently to resolve them. They have quality control people who take their jobs very seriously.

Salesman never returned my call to… Salesman never returned my call to answer my questions. Which I found interesting because my message said I was ready to put down payment down but I had a few questions. Several days later office returned my call but I had already moved on. TOO BAD.

Misleading and Sloppy Where very misleading about how the grass would be with children and dogs even after being asked straightforward questions. Grass has seamlines. Didn’t put enough rock in my backyard surrounding the pool and grass causing bare spots. The patio addition they added for me is uneven and pools water in the center not to mention they splashed cement all over the side of my house and didn’t bother to offer to fix it. Run away!

This company has terrible customer… This company has terrible customer service. Two weeks after job was finished the unused material and dumpster were still in my front yard. I called on several occasions to ask when they would remove it. They didn’t seem to know nor care. It is still in front of my house. I would never recommend them.
