GBRecommended wrong grass for my… Recommended wrong grass for my application. Grass is less than 1 year old and is already laying flat due to foot traffic (2 8 year old kids running around a few times per week). I had their installers come once to repair with no success.

GBHad several landscaping changes made to… Had several landscaping changes made to our yard and the project manager made careful notes of each one, all on his I-pad. Was impressed with how he was able to complete a detailed estimate before he left. He also left a folder with information about his company and how he can service us better than others. Everything went as schedule and was completed in one day, mainly due to the hard work of his crew. Clean up was excellent and we were given a final detailed receipt along with a printed warranty. They left us with a good feeling about our decision to hire them.

GBThis place only cares about money This place only cares about money, not the quality of the service provided. Spent a significant amount on turf for my whole backyard. They brought the product first week of July during the hot Arizona sun with triple digit temperatures. The product sat at my curb with heavy clear plastic bags and other tools rolled into itself for over two weeks. once they installed, I noticed a very large area of uneven turf. I noticed right away there was a large spot of turf that seem to be misshapen and would not stand up like carpet fibers would. The workers explained that after a week they should go away. It didn’t. immediately called. The company came out and took pictures and later on had the audacity to blame it on the fact that I had a window which didn’t even hit that area of the line that was causing this problem. I again very patiently explained that this showed up on the day of install, and could not be because by my window, due to the fact that it not only did NOT hit the spot in question, which was approximately 7 feet long, but also I had pictures to prove that it was THERE on the day of the install that the turf, looked like it was burned. I have written emails and letters with no response, and a year later I am still left with burnt turf because THEY left it out on the street with heavy plastic bags on top of it, which clearly melted the area. The owner and it’s staff does not care. They simply want your money. Stay far away from this company.

GBGrass only lasted three years because… Grass only lasted three years because of untreated batch that went to several of their customers. The manufacturer replaced the grass but it was an inferior product. Artificial Grass wanted to charge more for labor than the original installation. I did it myself in the end with less patching than the original install.

GBWe purchased grass in June and After… We purchased grass in June and After the grass was laid the back 1/4 of the yard was damaged( looked totally smashed down and a different color) . The company told us the grass would eventually perk up as that was not unusual. They came back out a couple of times and tried resanding it and raking it to no avail. We asked from the get go to have it replaced but they told us it would spring back. After 3 months of arguing they contacted the warranty company and finally replaced the entire yard of grass. We were very happy to have our problems solved. I would not buy artificial grass again as it is too hot for people and dogs to walk on in the summertime 😟
