GBWould Not Recommend! Our tub to shower conversion was completed on June 1, 2020. It is now January of 2021 and I am STILL being asked to leave a review about the experience even though I have already completed numerous reviews. Why?Are we your only customers? In my previous reviews, I concentrated on all of the positives of the project like the excellent installing team and beauty of the finished product. But now after all of this time and all of these requests to leave yet another review, I think I need to share some truths. Frank McKinney was our sales person as well as the owner of Luxury Bath Technologies. He is the reason I would not recommend his company to anyone we know. He came to our home at the beginning stages of the pandemic and saw no reason to wear a mask or social distance. He played a lot of games with us regarding price and at one point even asked us to "name our price". His personality was less than enjoyable with his condescending wise-cracking. He made a huge mistake in promising us something that he couldn't even deliver. We wanted the glass door enclosure plus a bench but we expressed concern about it fitting in our small guest bathroom. Frank assured us it would work just fine. When the installers began the project however, they came to us with concerns because the glass door opening and the bench would be so close that it would be very difficult for anyone to enter the shower. We totally appreciated the installers honesty and concern for our satisfaction. Frank never apologized for his mistake and to this day, we do not have the product we truly wanted. After a couple of weeks Frank would call when he was "in the neighborhood" saying he wanted to stop in and see our bathroom and take videos of it. The first time, I was in the middle of making dinner and told him that it wasn't a good time. The next time, I told him that we didn't feel safe having him come into our home after being out making calls with people all day long and possibly exposing us to Covid-19. He didn't act in a responsible manner, just cracked a joke about having "cooties". Also, when Frank supposedly offered us his "best price" at the time of the sale, he said he would give us this deal in return for allowing neighbors to come into our house to view the completed work. He also said he would like to set up a truck in front of our home so that we could invite our neighbors into our home to see our new shower. Of course that kind of thing is not allowed in our community but even if is was... what a ridiculous and invasive way to do business. I want these calls and requests for further reviews to stop. We tried to be gracious but we are tired of all of this and will not recommend this company to anyone for that very reason.

GBEverything Everything, from start to finish, was wonderful. The salespeopel were polite, attentive, friendly and most of all knowledgeable. Everyone we dealt with was professional. The installers were super. Took precautions to minimize any mess and cleaned u afterwards. Completed task promptly and were willing to talk about the project and answer questions

GBGreat Shower But Experienced A Few Careless Mistakes The final product came out nice! It is so much better than what it looked like before! For the price we paid, I feel like they should not have broken a pipe from "just not being careful". It caused a larger hole to be cut in my floor and more repair work to close it off. If it was any bigger, the result would have been cutting a hole in my ceiling downstairs. I also requested to not wear shoes in my house as I just had carpet replaced upstairs in my bedroom. Since the repair pushed them back some, they got rushy at the end and picked up the dropcloths early and walked up and down my stairs and on my new floors with shoes on. Clearly, they were rushing at the end. Communication was not the clearest throughout the process for the price we paid! Overall, the final product came out well, which I guess is what matters!

GBWe are pleased with the new shower… We are pleased with the new shower installed by Luxury Bath of National Homecraft. All associates involved with the sale and installation were professional and courteous ( Alan, Rick, Robert and Scott). We did have an issue with one of the shower corner shelves coming loose, but Robert and Scott came out quickly and fixed it. Robert fortified the shelf with a screw that he mentioned he will do on all projects in the future. Our only negative thought is that, for cost of the project, the shower floor should be slip resistant. Luxury bath does include a safety first letter in its paperwork highly recommending that we purchase a non-slip mat.

GBDeceitful Company My mom and I moved to a new home about 2 years ago, and have been wanting to get a metal roof. We had a company picked out, but wanted to shop for options. Paul Stahlman came out with National Homecraft and Solar Shield Roofing. He showed us examples and proceeded to tell us why their roofing was better. The cost was more, but he also said they could do a roof over our patio. Part of the reason we decided to pay more was because 0% financing was available. We didn’t run our credit with any previous companies until we were sure what company we would use. Paul ran a hard credit check on both my mom and myself (of course lowering our credit score as expected) and we received approval for $5000 more than we even needed. We signed the contract and were told they would be out soon. We spoke to Paul a couple times on the timing of when the job would begin, and were looking at the week of Christmas (because he said they don’t stop working and this would be a great week to do it). 31 days after signing, and just a few days after speaking with Paul, we got a letter in the mail cancelling our contract with no explanation. When we called Paul, he said there was nothing he could do, it would cost us $5000 more to complete the project as the parts cost more. How funny that we just so happen to have approval for $5,000 more than the original quote. This company obviously has no value in their customer service, and simply wants to squeeze out every dime they can from their customers. Now our credit has been hit, and we still don’t have a new roof. We’re going to be saving to pay in cash with whatever company we choose, so this deceitful behavior doesn’t happen again. If you don’t mind paying more than the job is worth, and getting screwed over, this is the company for you.
