PLT Nutrition provides nutrition coaching for all ages, for all walks of life and all backgrounds. We believe in food freedom and enjoying a balanced approach to nutrition. We don't believe in the excessive tracking approach other companies use but instead a relaxed fluid approach. We don't ask our clients to track everything or to track to a single number, we use calorie ranges to allow our clients to find their daily hunger balance. Working with PLT was a great… Working with PLT was a great experience. I have done many diets that never seem to work but I was successful with PLT. Having a coach guide you through macros was very helpful I learned proper nutrition. I highly recommend people sign up and get the support they need to create a healthy body.

Sustainable weight loss solution for perimenopause Perimenopause hit me fast and hard. Even though I thought I was doing all the right things to counteract the sudden weight that piled on, I just couldn’t stop gaining. I really didn’t want to weigh my food or count macros, but I reached a point where nothing was working and I was so unhappy. So, I did what many other perimenopausal women have done and signed up with PLT Nutrition. It’s been an eye opening experience, but also very rewarding to have a coach in my corner cheering for me and helping me each step of the way. I feel much more confident that now I really am doing (and eating) the right things to lose the weight. For me, it’s a slow and steady process. I haven’t reached my goal weight yet, but with the support of PLT Nutrition I know I’ll get there while creating sustainable habits to carry that will serve me well in the future.

I have been working with my coach since… I have been working with my coach since December 2022. Overall I have not only lost 36 inches and almost 40 pounds, but I have formed a new POSITIVE relationship with food. I still eat all of my favorite things but I am more mindful and calculated about when and how much of them I eat. It has never felt as though I am "on a diet" it is truly a lifestyle change and super manageable, even for someone who is super busy from sun up to sun down. I lurked for a long time, reading comments/reviews like these and never actually "signed" up...if this is you, don't wait any longer! Best decision I made for me and for my family because I am much more active, healthy and overall happier!

I've been working with a coach through… I've been working with a coach through PLT for just over 3 months now. The changes I've seen throughout these 3 months are amazing and the support I've received has been fantastic. My coach Allie checks in with me weekly via a video and we meet live 1x a month to discuss progress, concerns, etc. - in between there's a chat functionality and I've never waited longer than a day to hear back from her! Throughout these initial 3 months I've lost ~11 pounds and ~15 inches, and I'm so happy with my progress. I plan to continue with another 13 weeks as I approach maintenance!

Focus on macros has been a revelation… Focus on macros has been a revelation for me. I consider myself a healthy eater, with a good understanding of calories, nutrients, etc. That being said, I've never been sure of the right mix of protein/fat/carbs, and the ranges provided by my coach have been very helpful. The weekly coaching has been just the right level for me (daily tracking with weekly video message), and now that I feel that I have my eating dialed in (took a good 2months+), I'm looking forward to more focus on my strength training routine.
