GBThe best plan out there! It was easy! People don’t believe me. My coach, Allie, gave me the tools and support I needed. Having daily, weekly and monthly check-ins provides the accountability I needed. I feel like I eat more now than I ever have because I’m eating nutrient dense food. I no longer have a “sweet tooth” and crave sugar 24/7 but I still get to indulge due to the flexibility with PLT. The best part is it has been sustainable and fit into my busy life as a new mom and full time nurse. I haven’t change my fitness schedule but by improving my nutrition and achieving a leaner body mass my performance at the gym has greatly improved. I recommend PLT to everyone!

GBI have been working with my coach since… I have been working with my coach since December 2022. Overall I have not only lost 36 inches and almost 40 pounds, but I have formed a new POSITIVE relationship with food. I still eat all of my favorite things but I am more mindful and calculated about when and how much of them I eat. It has never felt as though I am "on a diet" it is truly a lifestyle change and super manageable, even for someone who is super busy from sun up to sun down. I lurked for a long time, reading comments/reviews like these and never actually "signed" up...if this is you, don't wait any longer! GBPLT is the answer! If you’re struggling to lose, maintain or make better nutrition choices, PLT is the answer!! They provide in-depth nutrition education, and consistent coaching to keep you on track, and successful. It’s not a quick fix but a huge tool box to help you on your journey to become a better version of yourself. I’ve learned so much and will continue to use this knowledge throughout my life.

GBA Personalized Approach I think what I love best about PLT and their coaching is the approach. It’s planning for YOUR life not some one-size fits all situation. The foundations are legit and you can talk through so many different scenarios and your coach HAS YOUR BACK to get you to where you want to be. No shame, just constant communication to get the course correction you need and the information you want. While I don’t always take advantage of it, being able to reach out to your coach anytime for help(response within reason) has helped establish healthy habits and has addressed those moments when cravings get the better of me.
